It is the main channel for LED heat dissipation. It has a simple and elegant appearance. ZY0907 can be used. The mold stamping cost is low and the processing cost is also low. The IP level of the die-cast aluminum frame can be higher, the surface texture is good, and the overall appearance is beautiful, but the initial mold investment cost is high.
2. LED light source:
Usually, LED lamp beads use 3528, and some people use 3014 and 5050. 3014 and 5050 are low in cost and slightly worse in light efficiency. The key is that their light guide grid design is difficult. 3528 has high light efficiency and good versatility.
3. LED light guide plate:
The side LED light is refracted through the grid to evenly guide the light from the front. The light guide plate is the key point of LED panel light quality control. If the grid design is not good, the overall light effect will be very poor. Generally, the middle will be bright and the sides will be dark, or there will be a bright light band at the light input, or a local dark area can be seen, or the brightness at different angles will be inconsistent. To improve the light efficiency of the light guide plate, it mainly depends on the design of the dots, followed by the quality of the plate. However, there is no need to be superstitious about the plates of first-line famous brands. The transmittance between qualified plates is usually almost the same. Generally, small LED lamp factories directly buy public light guide plates for use, so there is no need to re-sample and design. The public plates used by more manufacturers are usually of qualified quality.
4. LED diffusion plate:
It can evenly export the light of the light guide plate and blur the dots. The diffusion plate generally uses acrylic 2.0 plate or PC material, and the worse one is PS material. The cost of acrylic is lower and the transmittance is slightly higher than that of PC. Acrylic is brittle and has weak anti-aging performance. The price of PC is slightly more expensive, but the anti-aging performance is strong. After the diffusion plate is installed, the dots cannot be seen, and the transmittance should be around 90%. The transmittance of acrylic is 92%, PC is 88%, and PS is about 80%. You can choose the material of the diffusion plate according to your needs. Most manufacturers use acrylic materials.
5. Reflective paper:
Reflect the residual light on the back of the light guide plate to improve the light efficiency, generally RW250.
6. Back cover:
The main function is to seal the LED panel light, generally made of 1060 aluminum, and can also play a role in heat dissipation.
7. Driving power supply:
There are two types of LED driving power supplies. One is to use a constant current power supply. This mode has high efficiency, a PF value of up to 0.95, and high cost performance; the other is to use a constant voltage and constant current power supply, which has stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost. Generally, this power supply is mainly used for export. The other party requires certification requirements and must use a power supply with safety regulations. In fact, it is very safe to use a constant current power supply at home, because it is difficult for users to access the power supply, and the lamp body itself uses safe low-voltage electricity.
8. Installation pendants:
Suspension wires, mounting brackets, etc. are used for installation and fixing accessories.
From the perspective of quality control, it is most effective to spend additional money on LED light sources and LED light guides to improve light efficiency. From the perspective of market sales, spending additional money on aluminum frame cover pendants can improve product quality.
